Sisters’ Island starts filming!

We started shooting for Miguel Almagro’s new film Sisters’ Island a couple days back.  The Spanish director’s film about two brothers reuniting after many years is based on the old Singaporean fable Sisters’ Islands.   The film is set in Singapore and features some of the beautiful surrounding island locations, as well as one sweet boat.  The film has a lighthearted bromance coming of age vibe initially, but this quickly gives way to the dark super natural aspects of the old Singaporean tale.

The SS Boon Teik, our trusty seas going vessel.

Always good to get the “Sexi Shot” out of the way first.

Intense scene featuring a hook , French accent jokes, foreshadowed doom, and 2 long lost brothers quarreling over alcohol abuse… Check!
